What do I do for work?

It's time for me to share.

This is me at work. Right now. In my cubicle. (To be more accurate, 5 minutes ago by the time this post is written. Maybe 10? Ok, 15. ) 

I tried to get ready today because I was going to get my passport photo taken during lunch, and I didn't want what happened 10 years ago to happen again, which would be to not get ready,  but get passport pic taken, and then suffer with it for a decade...and even longer, because who wants to ever get rid of their passport after 10 years of cool country stamps?  No, no, no! No more of that! Here's to passport pics we don't hate!

 ...but then I didn't have time to blow dry my hair because the b.f. called and we talked too long ... which is a good reason not to have time. And then I went to lunch with a co-worker, so passport pic has been pushed to next week. Again.

But here I am at work. What do I do? Well, I am a Communication Specialist. How else can I say this? I have become a pro in head lice removal. What does this all mean? I'm still a journalist, in a sense. I get to write news articles every day and work to get them published . That's the best part.  I love my job.

Today, I was happy to see that Yahoo Finance picked up one of my written stories. It was a great way to start the day.  Here's to the LouseBuster!
