All in a Presidents Day Weekend

I was at H and M and the guy behind me in line said: “This place is overwhelming.” Being the friendly person I am, I turned around and said: “I totally know what you mean.” He looked me up and down, and said: “That says a lot coming from you.” … I awkwardly turned back around and decided to try on some sunglasses. #StrangerConvoFail

I cleaned out my purse and in the process realized my 4 Café Rio cards equaled a Free Meal. There may have been a little jig. #Tomatillo'sTheNewRanch

I purchased a camcorder. #thatisthat

I checked out the new downtown Harmon’s. They even have a post office, right next to the Gelato café and helicopter landing pad. #TakeThatWholeFoods

I hung out with my sister for a whole day. (That’s a long time for both of us). And I can’t tell you what we did. #pinkypromise

Mom’s ill. She requested one thing while being bed ridden: to purchase her some Kimchi* from the Asian Market. And that I did. #sick

Celebrated Jenny DotCom’s birthday. Last year took us here. This year took us to Desert Edge in SLC. I give February props for being a lot warmer this year. I think he’s really trying to improve our relationship. #LeapYearShouldGo

My little brother cooked us all breakfast burritos for Sunday dinner and sat us down to discuss a chore chart. He then followed through and we’ve been given assignments. I was supposed to clean the bathroom, but I’ve yet to find a torch. The brother is also helping me download all the software needed for the camcorder. #WWPDbraceletsComingSoon (What would Pace Do)

So excited about an early 1900s frame I found at a used book store for only 30 dollars. I decided to spend 30 more dollars, and about 2 hours fixing her up and putting her to use. Feels pretty good to be crafty/domestic. #MagneticChalkBoard

Watched the Bachelor with Taryn and Carly and thought: Could this be any more predictable? Ben is smitten by the girl (also known as the Super Model) who used to date Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalf where she attended the Grammy’s with him, was supposedly almost engaged 2 weeks prior to casting, and also dated Rees Witherspoon’s now hubby … And supposedly she’s falling for the wine maker with average looks, and terrible hair? #GoodOne. He wonders if this beautiful lady is too good to be true. Um, yes Ben. Yes. I also love how he said that his date with her in Belize changed it all. This would be the date where she said to him: "I’m losing the spark for you, I don’t think I like you, all the girls are mean to me, but I don’t care 'cause I consider them to be sub-human, and actually, come to think of it, I just really don't like girls.” And rather than Ben pay more attention to the fact that she doesn’t have the most ideal social skills or what some would call a “heart” he pays more attention to the fact that … oh no, she’s not that into me. Now I REALLY want her. I MUST have her. I think I'm in LOVE!  #Typical. I must give props to Courtney. She’s a good little actress. I make two predictions. Prediction 1: This will indeed get Courtney what she wants and we’ll soon see her in some reoccurring roles in a few new pilots that last a couple seasons before being canceled. Prediction 2: We’ll all soon learn that Ben’s still single as soon as this show’s season concludes.
